Is there likely to be a match for me?
Our experience shows that there’s a lid for every pot. Sometimes you’re even spoilt for choice.
Am I the right age?
There’s no right age for love. Cupid’s arrow can strike us at any time and at any stage of our life!
Is there a wide enough choice of unattached hearts?
There’s a wide choice, and new hearts find their way to us all the time.
What can I expect?
Mr or Mrs Perfect might be difficult, but Mr or Ms Right could be there waiting for you.
How much does it cost?
A personal matchmaking service has its price, which is, of course, higher than for an online platform. We are people working to help people. We will be happy to make you a non-binding offer.

You make an appointment with us for a free and no-obligation meeting in our office on Löwenstrasse in the centre of Zurich. That’s when we collect all the information about you that we need in our search for a suitable partner.
Perhaps we will start working together straightaway, or perhaps you’ll need a little more time to think about it. When you sign the contract, you give us the go-ahead to start our work.
How long is the contract valid?
A contract guarantees at least four specific suggestions for dates within the first 12 months.
What if I want to take a break part way through?
Then we can adapt the length of your contract to suit your personal availability.
And if it doesn’t work out?
If you are still not in a happy relationship at the end of the contract, we will talk about how to proceed. If you like, we can agree on a follow-up contract. In most cases, though, we will have found the right match for you before then.
And if I no longer want to carry on with the contract?
Of course, you are free to terminate the contract at any time. We will then charge you for the registration fee and the partner suggestions that we have already made, and return the rest of your payment to you.
How does it work when you suggest a partner?
As soon as we have found a suitable candidate, we contact you by phone and tell you about that person. We also tell the other candidate. If you both agree, we send you both the contact details by email. The rest we leave up to you – hoping that there will be a spark.
Who has the initial conversation with me?
We conduct all the initial appointments ourselves, in private. That’s why we know all the people in our file very well.
Is there a time of year that’s particularly good for looking for a partner?
The longing for a partner is not dependent on the season. When the days get shorter and the leaves start to fall, many people feel more of a need for togetherness. At the start of a new year, people have lots of plans and good intentions, so our diary is especially busy in January and February. May is also often the time for a fresh start. Many people stir themselves when spring is on the way and decide they want a new partner with whom to blossom. And others only realise that they are on their own at holiday time. They come to us in July and August. So you can see, there are unattached hearts at every time of year.
